OPENING HOURS
We are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Appointments outside these hours may be available upon request.
PAYMENT POLICY
A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash at your appointment.
There is a strict no-refund policy.
If you experience any issues with your treatment, I will be happy to resolve the matter free of charge.
GUESTS & DOUBLE BOOKINGS
I have extra seating available, so you are welcome to bring one guest (+1) with you if needed.
For double bookings, you are free to arrive together for your appointments.
LATE POLICY
After 15 minutes: Your appointment will be cancelled to avoid affecting the next client, and you will be charged the full price.
This also applies to appointment cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows.

You understand that all treatments are carried out to the highest professional standard, and results may vary depending on individual skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle.
You confirm that you have provided accurate information regarding any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your treatment.
You understand that the therapist cannot be held responsible for any reactions or issues that occur as a result of undisclosed information or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
You agree that you are receiving treatments at your own risk and that the therapist is not liable for any injury, reaction, or outcome that arises during or after the treatment, except in cases of proven negligence.
By booking, you consent to the treatment and waive the right to pursue legal action for minor, temporary, or expected side effects associated with the service.
You understand that it is your responsibility to raise any concerns during the appointment so they can be addressed immediately.
If any issues occur after your treatment, you agree to inform the therapist promptly so the matter can be resolved free of charge, in line with the business policy.
You agree to all booking, deposit, refund, lateness, and cancellation policies.
